Villain Esteem exists to provide accessible, affirming mental health care that honors the full complexity of being human. We support individuals in healing the parts of themselves that were judged, silenced, or rejected—helping clients build insight, self-acceptance, and sustainable change without shame.

Ashley Dilworth, Ms., lmhca
Ashley Dilworth, MS is a LMHCA who works with people over the age of 18. She supports clients navigating life challenges using a warm and direct style and draws from CBT and Mindfulness. Her work is trauma informed and collaborative, creating a safe and welcoming space for growth and change. She has experience in providing gender affirming care and have a special interest in supporting life transitions, career change/burnout, and women’s life challenges. Outside of work, she enjoys being outdoors, puppy snuggles, and a good book. She welcomes clients seeking support with anxiety, depression, and burnout. Appointments available in WA via telehealth. Sam Love, M.Ed., AAC, LMHCA pending
Samantha Love, M.Ed., is a Washington State Certified Counselor with LMHCA pending who works with adolescents and adults. She specializes in supporting neurodivergent individuals navigating autism, trauma, anxiety, and identity exploration, with particular experience supporting late-identified autistic women. She also works with veterans and brings lived experience as a veteran herself. Her approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and strengths-based, grounded in CPT and CBT. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Clinical Psychology with a specialty focus on autism. Telehealth available in Washington. They look forward to connecting with you.

Michela Dalsing, MS., LCPC, CCFS
MHFA Trainer
Michela Dalsing, MS, LMHCA, CCFS, is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Mental Health First Aid Trainer working with adolescents 12+ and adults. She supports healing from lifelong trauma, low self-esteem, and feelings of being an outcast, including LGBTQ+ and gender-diverse clients. Her style is down-to-earth, direct, and empathetic, drawing from person-centered, CBT, ACT, DBT, psychodynamic, and Adlerian approaches. With over 12 years of counseling experience and six years in private practice, she provides trauma-informed, authentic space for growth. She has worked in residential, inpatient, community, school, crisis, and family services. Outside work, she enjoys gaming, hiking, roller skating statewide.

Ximena Herriges-Dalsing, CSLC, is a Strategic Life & Business Coach who works with aspiring adults, small to medium business owners, autistic individuals in career transitions, and students with ADHD. She supports clients navigating career development, business growth, educational progress, and life transitions using a warm, compassionate, and direct approach. Her work is client-centered, trauma-informed, and strengths-based, creating an empowering space for growth. With 15+ years in industrial/organizational management, 10+ years in small business consulting, 6+ years in life coaching, and 3+ years in nonprofit management, she specializes in business analysis, career development, and executive coaching.
