Michela “McDeath” Dalsing has kind of always been a wild child. Despite the defiant streaks throughout her life, she decided to pursue counseling to help the other wild child souls. She has served in almost every treatment setting having worked in residential treatment with at-risk youth, inpatient services, community mental health, and currently corporate mental health. McDeath loves to meet people where they are at and try to understand the person as a whole. She is especially passionate about working with nerds that feel misunderstood by most people in their life. McDeath is an avid roller derby skater, horror movie enthusiast, comic book lover, and metal head (who still loves some good beats to dance to). McDeath met Moist through roller derby. Moist helps McDeath by reining her in (frequently), feeding her to reduce the hanger strikes, and ultimately encouraging her and believing in her enough to help her try to achieve more of her dreams.

Alyssa “Moist” Johnson has always been the brains behind any operation, but don't let her smarty-pants fool you, she is spontaneous with a touch of Latina crazy. She has spent the majority of her life dedicated to building various businesses. Seriously, she has built a business in almost every industry out there. Moist is an individual whose enthusiasm shines through in any endeavor she pursues. She is currently pursuing a Masters's in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and plans to use that knowledge to destigmatize and educate about mental health in the workplace. She utilizes her passion, drive, and hardworking nature to become an expert in almost anything she is interested in. She has always been most passionate about helping others in meaningful ways. Moist loves to push her own limits and to surprise people. She enjoys roller derby and roller skating, sarcasm, grandma-style bowling, horror movies/books, hiking/foraging, creating, and kicking ass, but doesn't have time for taking names. McDeath helps Moist dream big, and let the little things go. She created space for radical acceptance of each other, and the ride-or-die best friend Moist had lost faith in finding.
