Tracking your behaviors, and how you feel about them is crucial to understanding why you do the things you do. Once you have a grasp of why you do the things, you will be able to decide if it's a habit you'd like to keep in your life or one you'd rather correct.

If your life was a map, it wouldn't do you much good if you couldn't find yourself on it. Digging deeper into why you do the things you do can be scary. What's scarier; learning the dirty shit about yourself, or staying the same for the rest of your life? Only you can decide, and only you can choose to do the hard things that will lead to change.

Observe your habit for a week. Write what you see on the sheet to help understand what may be motivating you to continue with this behavior, and preventing change.
